Despite playing the shot of the championship, English title-holder Billy Jackson became the latest victim of the seeds cull in the Potters Holidays World Indoor Singles Championship when he fell to Canadian outsider Hirendra Bhartu in today’s second round of the flagship World Bowls Tour event in Norfolk.

The 2009 Canadian Indoor Championships have come and gone. Vince Mai and Marie Taylor have come out with Canadian titles and will be off to Australia to represent Canada.

Men’s
A1: Steven Santana vs B2: Vince Mai
B1: Paul Choi vs A2: Geof Pershick
Finals: 1:30pm
