SanMan Wins Second Indoor Provincial Title
Steve Santana won his second indoor provincial title last weekend by taking down the competition at the Pacific Indoor Club in Vanouver BC. This years tournament consisted of over 20 competitors playing for the right to represent British Columbia in the Canadian Indoor Singles Championship this coming Dec.
Steve beat Vince Mai in final 10-5, 8-6 to take the Championship. Santana didn’t drop a set the whole tournament enroute to taking home the title.
Gold: Steven Santana
Silver: Vince Mai
Bronze: Paul Choi
An honourable Mention goes out to John Moffat who has been battling cancer and came back to take fourth place. Great job John and glad to see you back on the greens. Congratulations to all competitors and best of luck in the Wildcard Qualifiers.
