GET ON THE GREENS & HELP A CHILD EMBRACE LIFE TO THE FULLEST

The 11th Annual – Mason & Friends Charity Classic will be held this year on Sat July 21st at the West Vancouver LBC. Each year we pick a local charity to help raise funds to help support children, teens and families in the community to live life to the fullest and to experience new adventures. For the past 6 years we have partnered with the YMCA Strong Kids program and have created a strong relationship. I am happy to say this will continue on in 2018 for our 9th year together.

As a group last year we continued to up our fundraising total, bringing our total in the last 10 years over $60,000 for Canuck Place, The Cancer Society, Camp Good Times and YMCA Strong Kids Program. In the past 7 years we have worked closely with the YMCA specifically for Camp Elphinstone. This event has been a major success over the past 9 years and has helped send over 4,000 kids to camp for a week. Thank you to the West Van LBC for their donations of the club, to all the local sponsors that contribute to the day and to all club members who have volunteered to make this day a great one.
